We used this company on behalf of our son who suffered a birth injury. The process was lengthy but ultimately successfully in gaining an admission of full liability and a substantial settlement figure which has allowed us to build a fully adapted bungalow and provide our son with the equipment, care and therapy that he requires. Our Solicitor was Sahida Patel and she has an amazing work ethic which was particularly great for me as she was always available to respond to phone calls or e mails and she fully supported us the whole time. We also use MintonMorrill as financial deputies to look after our sons finances. The whole team are very good to work with ( we mostly deal with Jasmine and Julia). They are very quick to respond, include us in all decision making and in fact let us mostly deal with day to day matters which makes life easier and also makes better financial sense for our son. In short, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone!
