My partner and I were encouraged by a wonderful colleague to contact Taylor and Hall Financial Services to help us buy our first home. As many first time buyers will know, it’s a very daunting process and we felt like we would benefit from some help and guidance.

From the onset and throughout Richard has been amazing to work with; providing an easy to understand explanation of the current housing market, interest rates and more. Each step was methodical and intentional with our best interests at the forefront. Any advice given was wholly truthful especially around the leasehold element of the property we wanted to buy. He provided us with a mortgage in principle in a short timeframe so we could put an offer in on the property we loved, and fought to get us the best rates and recommended a brilliant solicitor.
