Some years ago now, I was going through a horrific divorce whereby my former wife had accused me of various, very serious allegations. She was literally trying to break me as a person and screw me for every penny I had and was ever going to have! These allegations were complete fantasy but having never been accused of anything like this before in my life, the simple act of accusation, followed by vicious legal letters could have easily caused me to suffer a significant mental break down.

From our very first meeting, Nicola was attentive, considerate and most importantly, she made me feel safe. Not only did she coach me on how to deal with the mental pressure I was facing, her ability to respond clearly and effectively to the attacks we were receiving, enabled me to handle what was being thrown at me. In the end, we won the case quite easily but I certainly wouldn't have been able to handle this case without Ms King's professional attitude and support. We have used Hughes and Company for a number of legal issues over recent years. Conveyancing on our last property in Northamptonshire amongst many topics. On every occasion, Hughes and Company have proved to be utmost professional and attentive in every possible detail. Most recently, they have helped in dealing with the subject of probate for our late Father-in-law, work which has proved to be complex and extremely difficult to navigate.
