I recently purchased my first house, as a first time buyer I was honestly in the dark about what I was doing. I had no idea which solicitors to go with. I read the reviews for premier property lawyers and was hesitant, but as they were priced in the middle of other competitors, I decided to go ahead. I was assigned Kelly and she has honestly been an absolute angel. I viewed the house at the beginning of September, and I get the keys in 2 days time. The whole process was straightforward. Kelly made sure I understood everything, and even when I was changing things last minute, she reassured me that it was no issue and that my needs were most important. Kelly responded to all of my emails and calls within 24 hours, often emailing back within the hour. She kept me up to date. The only delays were with the sellers solicitors. The online hub to view and manage all the progress was super handy, and very easy to navigate. I personally had the best experience I could’ve imagined and would use them 100 times over.

I was very pleased with the service provided throughout my house purchase. The team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly at every stage, which made the process much smoother. The good part is that the completion of the house sale and purchase has been completed. They do have a decent online system where you can view the progress of the sale or purchase. However the whole experience hasn’t been great, when it comes to people dealing. As a customer you don’t expect a running commentary on the progress however there was a complete lack of communication through the day, when it came to the exchanging the contracts and completion. It was really hard to get hold of them and we were given misleading information. The exchange and completion after numerous follow ups were done however were very close to closing hours, which added a lot of uncertainty and stress, hence the three star rating. I think they need to understand that their customers rely on them for up to date information when the sale or purchase is close to completion and this is where they failed miserably. Very poor communication. The solicitor who “helped” me with my remortgage did not answer or return my phone calls, neither did she respond to half of the questions I formulated on my emails.
Definitely a very stressful situation that may potentially translate in my previous provider overcharging me.
I do not recommend them and now I wish I had not trusted my mortgage broker when he told me to work with them. Lesson learnt. Always do your own research

Absolutely fantastic service for my remortgage, Rob Glover was so efficient, paperwork done and ready to release funds after 10 days. Every call and email was responded to promptly, Rob even return a missed call before I had finished leaving a voicemail. The app they use was brilliant, filled everything out and submitted in minutes. Everything that needed to be done was given to me straightaway, so there were no delays. I had been dealing with Simply Conveyancing for 6 weeks and then they refused my case… well I say thank goodness as the service from Premier Property Lawyers was exceptional. Highly recommended!!
