I was advised to use this firm by a colleague, but unfortunately, my experience has not been satisfactory. I would strongly recommend ensuring that your case is not handled primarily by an intern, as this led to significant delays and unclear advice in my situation. While I appreciate the need for learning opportunities, the lack of communication and delayed responses to emails have been disappointing.
