RUDE, CHAOTIC COMPANY, LOSING EMAILS AND INTERRUPTING CUSTOMERS - AVOID

A particular unreliable company that rarely answers the phone for days on, end, when you then send emails they lose them and cant be bothered to go look for them (sent it again) and when they ask you to explain the nature of the new business enquiry so that you don't have to resend the same email to the same address - they still refuse to make any effort. If that isnt bad enough a self described members of staff called Sally (who kept changing her job title) constantly interrupted the customer, and then when *politely* asked if they could refrain from interrupting simply hung up on the call, and kept hanging up when further calls were attempted.

Training is a highly person-skill centred business. if this is how they deal with potential new customers our advice is to AVOID

The gas services was excellent customer service really good and accomodating character and explained all the work and his billing information and tidied up aswell,I would definitely recommend him to others.
