Our relative experience has been very disappointing. The solicitor who enjoys positive reviews in social media confirmed we have all the documents needed for the visa, behaved obviously unprofessionally during the process of documents collection and attachment - we paid for the application twice because he simply doesn't know where and how to apply, and finally we were refused. The documents were missing. Didn't he simply know or deliberately preferred to charge for the case indifferent to its result? Now they keep insisting the case in no problem, just pay us 2000 pounds more and we will appeal? Seriously? Where is your professional ethics, gentlemen?
