I have had other solicitors before, but found that MR Khan is of a higher level than the other solicitors that have represented me in the past.
He is very thorough and won't let the police or the CPS put him in their pocket.

I had Great representation from Mr Khan, I was charged with alleged fraud which I was innocent of and had no participation in apart from what evidence the police believed incriminated me, I was very worried as fraud is a very serious matter and the amount they were accusing me of taking was substantial, however once I was in the room, I was put at ease, and my mind was calmed and I explained everything and was told I was going to get the best representation, and was told even if I had been guilty of what the police accused me of I would get the same if not better representation to ensure I get the justice that our legal system enables us to do.

I am glad to hear of the new addition to No1 Defender. Mr Kieran Khan is a well-rounded and extremely established young man. I met Mr Khan through a friend a number of years ago. I have used his services on both a conspiracy to supply class A case and a matter of kidnap. Both cases were closed with one being NFA’d and the other I was found Not Guilty after trial. An unbelievable tactician and meticulous in his representation.
