The service I received was absolutely outrageous, and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Deepa Banks, the solicitor, was shockingly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Her behavior was outright disgusting. I genuinely wish I were exaggerating, but unfortunately, this was my experience.

What made it even worse was the way she treated her own colleague which was equally appalling and unacceptable. To top it all off, Deepa threw papers in my face and acted like a tantrum-throwing child. Witnessing such horrendous and disturbing behavior from an adult was nothing short of shocking.

This experience was beyond unacceptable, and I honestly hope that karma catches up with her. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend her to anyone. My experience with her was truly awful, and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone else.

Absolutely shocking solicitors, went to get a will and they couldn't understand the simple instructions we gave them, to top it off, they got our names wrong and couldn't get our address correct, no matter how many times, we corrected them. They never call you back and when you drop documents off they denied all knowledge of receiving the. Would not recommend this firm
