The customer service…is just horrible receptionist Deborah …From day one when I entered the office rude ,can answer the questions just yes or no …Feeling that I was discriminated all the time of my visit…I came at the end of the working day was not happy with that at all that she needed to collect and scan documents …Didn’t want to help when I was asking questions..At the end I did asked why she is so rude …Then she decided just kick me out of the office …NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible customer service people coming to seek for help and they getting a slap in them faces ,not even entering the building ….

Professional, knowledgeable and comforting.

Deborah screened my call quickly and effectively. She was professional, realistic, managed expectations and followed up by email. Re: review left by another user - Personally, I don't look for handholding rainbows and butterflies in my solicitor firm. I want cut throat no nonsense representation, and Deborah has exceeded all expectations.

Saffron compiled paperwork, and followed up to ask for any further evidence needed. Again, kind, quick, professional. No hold ups, just gets the job done.

Nichola is my assigned solicitor. A quick telephone interview got things underway. Nichola is responsive to emails, texts and phone calls despite a busy court calendar.

Sarah provided support and advice where Nichola was unavailable. She gave clear instructions and words of advice, so that I am fully aware of what I must do moving forwards.

Rather unhelpful lady on reception, I was just seeking a yes or no answer to a simple question, only option given was to have an hour long cunsultation at an extortionate price! Otherwise not interested

Made an enquiry here and had the misfortune of speaking to someone called Deborah Williams. Rude and patronising to the extreme. My enquiry went no further.
