Warning - their advert in the Pukka Bath is at best unclear, at worst, deliberately misleading!
Accompanied my father to their office to draw up a LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney). The 'office' was the entrance hall of the office building. Talked through the form (which we could have printed off ourselves) with no legal advice given on 'preferences' or 'instructions'. Generally seemed in a hurry to complete the form and go home!
Charged double - as the health care LPA and financial decisions LPA are two separate forms - not made clear anywhere in their advert! Didn't have a card machine so my Dad's credit card details were taken on a scrap of paper, left in the office overnight! Great data protection!
If you're trying to help an elderly parent, either download the forms and complete them yourselves to save their money. Or, if you have more complicated requirements in the form, go to a reputable solicitor who will take the time to draw up your 'preferences' or 'instructions' in a suitable legal framework.

Aweful. Unprofessional, inefficient.. Avoid at all costs.
We found ourselves checking every single aspect over and over again. They made so many mistakes sorting out my late mums estate and our own wills, that my wife and I were near suicide. Never ever again will we go back to Wtp. Absolutly horrendous experience.

We had WTP do our joint wills, They weren't very helpful with anything really ..We found them very slow to confirm anything, and also having to contact them numerous times before they ever got back to me...
They offered a "Secure Will Storing package".
Costing £30pa, but after a year of seeing how slow they were to get back to me on any issue...
I thought I wonder how efficient they would be when the Will was actually needed, So after a few calls, emails and letters saying I no longer needed to use their storage scheme, when they did finally got back to me.
They would not send it until I Paid another £10 for postage, even though I still had 6mths remaining on their paid storage scheme...
Lessons learnt, store it at home...

Would I recommend WTP... Definitely Not...

Poor after sales service. Slow to answer emails.Unhelpful with unclear advice as they want you to use their services for every aspect rather than explain things simply. Keen to set up costly unnecessary extras and difficult, if not impossible, to get an explanation as to either the benefit or the cost of services.

Took money out of my parents account via direct debit which was incorrect and won't refund them. My parents have called and emailed numerous times but still not refunding the money even though David has the bank details to refund but won't. Terrible, unprofessional and rude service. If David sees this please refund them.
