We used Eden to purchase a home as first time buyers - they were proactive and efficient throughout the process. We were appointed Heather as our conveyancer. Heather was supportive and extremely efficient throughout the process. We had complications with our purchase due to unique third party circumstances and Heather handed it professionally and with care. The process has been very stressful for us but Heather has reassured us every step of the way and has been responsive. I cannot fault our experience with Eden. I was also very appreciative of Heather's ability to tailor her advice to our individual circumstances and explain complicated legal issues in a clearly understandable way. I thought that Eden Conveyancing would be a smooth process given the reputation that it has on reviews. If you are using inheritance/gift funds to purchase your property and these funds have come from an elderly person with no access to online banking or email then Eden Conveyancing will not accept this during the ID process unless you are willing to setup online banking for them. I have now had to find a new solicitor firm 3 weeks in to using them as they had only just notified myself of this. I would however recommend this firm if you are not using inheritance/gifted funds.

Edit: just noticed someone below has posted 1 star and said ‘rude and unhelpful’ - I can’t imagine how this could be true as in my experience the service, the portal and my assigned conveyancer literally could not have been any better. Price point was also transparent and competitive.
