Everything went well at the beginning, this company helped to get the repairs done, and I was very happy with the progress and how fast everything went. Until I was owned a compensation which rightfully belongs to me. The company started ignoring ALL my attempts to get any information or updates, they never responded to ANY of my emails for more than 6-7 months now. I'm a single parent with a child with a disability, the repair needed to be done in my son's bedroom and the people I spoke with knew my situation and always made sure that everything was going to be fine. Then they disappeared when I was due to be paid the compensation.

I ignored their calls and messages badgering me to sign the agreement within just hours of receiving it. Also the representative who happens to be a Muslim kept calling me on Eid day too. Then I was met with a text message from them which was very Unprofessional, and Bullying in nature and they tried to give me a Ultimatum, which I also ignored. Only they called me again the next day at which point I dignified them with a response telling them I will not go ahead with them. Unprofessional and Impatient. I would avoid this business altogether.

If you read some of the negative reviews here, you can see that this business thinks its okay to disclose details of clients cases and dealings publicly in their replies, for all to see: that's how Professional they are. So glad I declined them.

Clear Law have dealt with 2 personal injury cases I have had following non fault car accidents. I was really happy with the way they handled my cases. Their team were very professional and friendly and the compensation I received was fantastic on both occasions.
