My experience of Owen & Co solicitors has been very poor. They quoted a guide price for conveyancing on their website and when I asked for a full quote they doubled it - the transaction was not complicated, in fact it was very simple. Fortunately other solicitors are doing it for less than Owen's advertised website quote
