I am extremely disappointed with Judge & Pristley Solicitors.
The solicitor was not delivering on her commitments. The solicitor was also ignoring follow-up emails and calls when I had to chase her due to her failure on keeping the promises. I asked for the termination of the relationship with this firm and raised a complaint asking to return my money paid for the searches that were never initiated. However, my complaint was not considered by the firm impartially. Their response was that they won't refund my money and besides that they threaten me with extra charges.

Very Poor . I needed a Statutory Declaration Signed . I had spoken to the Reception lady, who was very nice. She emailed the Solicitors in the office to see if anyone was free. I waited 15mins, no one came out, she put her head around the door, but no one acknowledged her.She apologised and I went down the road to TW, very pleasant and we're happy to sign.
