I have used Barry McGuire on several real estate deals and he has to be one of the best real-estate lawyers in Alberta. Not only does he possess vast knowledge about real estate law, he is very good to work with - friendly, calm and supportive. He helped me with a situation where an error was made at land titles causing me to loose title to a parking spot with my condo by guiding me on steps I could take on my own so I could save on legal fees. Barry McGuire and his team were really great to work with. From the first communication expectations were set for fees, timelines and how his team operates to ensure that your real estate deal is completed. This provided ease that our real estate transaction would be handled by possession date since there was a tight closing timeline. By no fault of Barry and his team, the possession date ended up being a week late.
