The hard drive in my business laptop failed with a fatal mechanical fault. I bought a new hard drive locally from Michael at Collie Dog Computers. While I was in the shop Michael gave me some time-saving advice about installing Windows 10. He also told me about some useful (free) open source software to help with system backups. I was back in business about 2 hours after leaving the shop in Rothbury.

You just don't get this kind of excellent service online!
