Very polite and helpful, was made to fee at ease. Dealt with questions quickly and needed information was given to complete forms/paperwork.. Dealing with probate was not something I felt comfortable with, so having somebody that deals with it daily was a relief. Although it's still on going I have no issue's and I am happy with the service.

Called to discuss requirements as a new client. I was transferred to someone on the new business team who demanded personal details (dob, address) of family members before any discussion on my requirements had taken place! Appalling disregard for data privacy and entirely unnecessary.

When I asked why this was needed it was met with attitude and the assumption I "just want the fees then" and "you're not bothered about where, it can be anywhere right". This wasn't the case - a local office was critical, and understanding who could provide advice, the general approach. For me this comes before fees.

Certainly seemed like a conversation by design as part of sales operating procedures, but absolutely not a firm I'd engage with.
