I requested a medical expert review via my solicitor. The review did not cover all the evidence provided so the review was poor and useless. I just wasted £3k, might as well have thrown it in the bin.

Terrible doesn't cover it. They took ages to quote, came in with a lower quote than competitors. They delivered a very substandard report having missed the agreed deadline by nearly 2 weeks, failed to make reference to various medical documents such as X-rays. Made unhelpful statements they couldn't properly verify - it was all very substandard. To make it worse, they then tried to charge extra for a Court appearance, without having made this clear that this was separate in their quote. The fee for a Court appearance was outrageously high £2k+ on top of what I'd already paid. We decided to proceed without and did not use the medical report I had already paid for. Fortunately, my case was strong enough without it and I was acquitted. If MEWA had any decency or credibility they would issue a refund. Do not trust this firm, they are more likely to damage your case then be of assistance. I really wish I went to a more competent competitor

I was delighted to receive a service from MEWA LLP on this case. I was a litigant in person meaning I was not legally represented and found it very difficult to find expert witnesses to take on my case, MEWA LLP provided a very helpful service in helping me to achieve closure on my case and I was very grateful to them. Despite requesting the report to be provided within 4 weeks, they provided it in two weeks instead. I was kept regularly updated on the case by the case co-ordinator, I did have to reject an expert witness however my case worker found another one within 24 hours and the rejection wasn't any trouble at all and found MEWA LLP to be excellent in their standard of customer care to me and wouldn't hesitate to instruct them in the future for cases if I needed to

I have never experienced such poor service from a company, I waited over 2 weeks to get a response that they could not help, this is after ringing and emailing everyday and lodging a complaint regarding the lack of communication and all i wanted to do was make payment after i agreed to the quote. You will not be able to get a forensic report from them even when you are begging them to take your money, unbelivable waste of time.
