Chris very kindly accepted our call earlier today and provided his expert advice without any hesitation even though it turns out it would not be necessary to engage an inventory service. He then proceeded to explain the process to us and what we should and not do not accept in a check out of our rental property. I used Chris to do an inventory on my property in 2019 before renting in out. His report was so thorough and detailed with 360 degree photographs of every room including the garage, and gardens. Great value and the best money I have ever spent. If you are going to rent your property out I would highly recommend you use this service for peace of mind. When the lease came to an end I was able to confidently challenge damage to my property and receive the compensation to put it right. I couldn’t have done this without Inventory Elephant.
