Brian is very fast, effective, and generous!

My laptop screen was broken which was a problem for me because I use it for my job. I phoned Brian on Monday evening and he said I could take it to him on Wednesday morning. The laptop was in his hands at 10 AM and by 1.45 PM he'd texted me to say it was ready. What a blessing! He'd even cleaned the fans and generally tuned up the machine, which I hadn't expected but for which I was very grateful.

It was an absolutely fantastic service. Thank you Brian! To anybody with laptop or computer problems, I'd recommend giving Brian a call.

Had some IT issues with a PC running very slowly. Our software support said the PC was old and needed replacing.

Brian kindly did a health check promptly and confirmed the machine was absolutely fine.

The software guys insisted it was the machine but thanks to Brian’s persistence they fixed the software glitch.

Brian continued to monitor the PC to make sure all kept well.

Thanks again Brian for your help and saving me buying a new PC.

After seeing reviews online, I approached Brian to repair my Lenovo laptop which wouldn't boot the OS. Brian identified hard disk problem and replaced the hard disk, installed new OS and had the machine back up and running in 1 day! I will go back to Brian when/if I have further hardware problems!

Brian diagnosed the problem causing my laptop to run slowly- an aged disk drive- and thence proceeded to replace it with a new SSD. He also updated some software on the laptop to newer versions he thought useful, and gave his opinion on the overall viability of the laptop. The laptop now runs faster than it ever did, and the software is working fine.

Brian is clearly an expert who enjoys what he does. He offers independent advice and fairly-priced services. Thanks again Brian!

My HP Envy blue screened and then black screened. To replace would have cost ~£1500. Because of Brian's 5* reviews I contacted him and that afternoon popped the laptop over. I thought it was worth a punt. The problem was memory. Brian replaced, upgraded (8 to16GB) cleaned both inside and out, and thoroughly electronically soak tested it. We kept in touch throughout the process. I won't say how much the repair cost, but it was excellent, excellent value. Highly recommended.
