I caught her giving information to my ex’s lawyer when I had arrived to court. I heard her talking so I stood around the corner out of sight and listened to her and my ex’s lawyer bad mouthing me. I was apprehensive about taking her in with me at this point, but hesitated and pursued regardless.

I later was able to speak with my former partner following on from court and he expressed his concerns that she seemed to deliberately ignore my case. His solicitor at the time, had also informed him of her unprofessional behaviour and they too were shocked at how she handled my case in court.

Safina did not fight my corner in any way. She misled me prior to the proceeding by suggesting that evidence wasn’t necessary when in-fact it absolutely was.

Some lawyers intentionally do this to drag out a court case to incur extra fees for their client. For eg. Lengthening court proceedings.

A very strange character. Completely untrustworthy and a fraud.

Sophie Stratford was straight on the case, thorough in all aspects of both sale and purchase and despite having to deal with a rude and non responsive conveyancer remained calm, logical and professional. The most reassuring part was the seamless working as a team where colleagues step in to keep it moving forward (when Sophie was on holiday). Due to an inept conveyancer who seemed to be on a different timescale to everyone else the last week before exchange was stressful. However, the team at Gabbitas Robins ignored the rudeness and pushed it through to exchange.
