After a terrible experience with another conveyancing solicitor, I was careful to choose a firm that had a good reputation and one which treated its clients like humans and not numbers. Ultimately I chose Axis/Key2Conveyancing and I'm so glad I did.

From start to finish I felt like my case was in safe hands, which was comforting and allowed me to deal with everything else and not have to constantly chase. Kay and her team were quick to respond to any queries I had.

The online portal they use has some issues but it works well for the most part, allowing you to visualise where you are along the purchase/sale journey.

Towards the end of the process, the developer I bought from told me there would be a major delay due to Help to Buy. As expected, Kay was one step ahead and we ended up completing on time.

I would definitely recommend this firm and will use their services again in the future.
