Nick of Gas365 came out to repair my faulty combi boiler (no hot water) and he very quickly identified the problem. Nipped up the road to get the part, came back, fitted it, job's a goodun! I will definitely be using Gas365 again for all boiler related issues and annual services. Cannot rate Nick highly enough and will recommend to all my friends and family. Great work Nick!

Best plumber ever! Nick replied to my query very quickly and let me know what to do with the boiler over the weekend (he had actually fixed a previous boiler emergency over the phone on New Year's Day!) He arrived promptly on Monday morning, fixed the problem and explained what had gone wrong. He was courteous and tidy, and I just received a very reasonable invoice. Highly recommended!

Nick serviced our old boiler and replaced a faulty thermostat. He worked quickly, was really good at explaining what he had done and what we need to consider for the future. I've been using Nick now for the last three years for my annual boiler service (and Megaflo cylinder). Incredibly polite, and explains everything clearly when asked questions. Nick has always been clean and tidy with his work, and especially at this time he wore a mask and used anti-bac wipes on the surfaces. I highly recommend Nick!
