The lady at the reception has been very kind and empathetic she spoke with advisor Steve to see if he could receive me for some advice on some rent increase before the annual renewal of the contract. Steve managed to receive me after a short wait due to him being busy with another client. I find this place very useful and its advisors always try their best to help you out.

Couldn't get the advise I needed but, they were good enough to print me a lot of information on the subject.
To be able to speak to someone would have been more beneficial though.
