Neil provided great assistance with our families will. As everyone knows it is something that is put off and put off, and my wife looks at it as a very creepy thing. The way you approached it was as a true professional, relaxed and light hearted in places. Beyond that with my fathers new found dementia diagnosis the education you gave me on his position was priceless, and allowed me to feel confident when supporting my parents through what is a challenging time.
