Incompetent, rude and unprofessional. That's everything you need to know about this business. It's staggering to think they consider themselves professionals in law. I would avoid at all costs based my experience. I would also expect that they respond with something like they have ‘no record of my name’ a tactic used to try and deflect an honest review. AB family law, remember to treat your customers with respect and decency. It goes a long way in gaining a good reputation.

Response: seeing your response reinforces all of my views. Very unprofessional and entitled. You should instead take the criticism on board and aim to improve your service.

Small team in high demand, they were sometimes very busy but they were always professional and helpful when they dealt with me, they really knew their stuff!
I can't imagine these negative reviews being accurate, maybe they were on the opposite side!

Seriously waste of time. Do not use, communication is terrible, never reply to emails, never answer the phone.
Consequently things don't get resolved in a timely manner. Would not use again
