We had our first Apolline audit today with Ian. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect and he made me feel at ease from the first moment. Wow Wow Wow. What a brilliant company for Dental Compliance! We are with Apolline for the last 7 years. It has been a great experience with them. From taking over the new practice to making it fully compliant to passing the CQC inspection, we always had a full support from Apolline. And the credit goes to Ian Lloyd. He has always been there for us from Day 1, till today and I am sure will carry on helping us in future. Ian Lloyd spent the day with us going through a mock compliance audit. Lets just say by the end of the day I felt for the first time like not giving up. He was so full of knowledge and has such an excellent way of delivering what he knows without making you feel useless. I can honestly say I was a little lost before but finally feel like I'm getting somewhere with the action plan he produced.
