Used Tom from M&M for the conveyancing of both selling and buying for my latest house move, kept me up to date at all times and was oro-active in chasing up and down the chain when needed. Would certainly use him again were I planning to ever move house a further time.

Peter Riddle is the most incompetent lawyer and disgusting human I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. He represented us in a case that he claimed was going to be won easily. He talked as if he was competent and experienced. But when it came to the case he made so many basic mistakes and had no idea what he was doing. He lost the case and we lost EVERYTHING. We paid him a fortune over the years he dragged on the case, there was a small final amount left at the end, but then he sued us to get the little amount that was left. All the lawyers at Morrison & Masters are the same.

Everyone who works here seems to be the rudest people, working for a broker firm I work with a variety of solicitors and I have never delt with such rudeness ever, I will advise my clients never to use them, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I have contacted Peter Riddle countless of times and been promised a phone call back, did not ring me back once and ignored all my emails, eventually he finally replied after weeks of trying to get hold of him.

Andrew Gascoigne is so rude, talks down to you, one worded answers, speaks to you like your thick and speaks down to you.

For a person who is on the same side as ourselves in helping our clients buy their house they really like to fight you along the way.

My late Aunt, chose these guys as her solicitors to deal with her will. They did nothing to help to release finances to help with the funeral. Absolutely refused to help with probate, and renounced after 3 weeks of deciding as well. Left us in the lurch trying to lay her to rest. Despite M & M at the time of signing agreeing to being executors. Andrew Gascoigne hangs up on you when the call doesn't go his way then hides behind his secretary. These are supposed to be lawyers, yet when put on the spot and asked difficult questions, or asked to do something they are responsible for, they hide away from it and become childish. Use them at your own risk and peril.
Its worth noting, Andrew Gascoigne is the senior partner at the firm, and the man in charge of complaints, its laughable.

The WORST law firm in UK. Very rude staff who closed and locked the door when I knocked to seek their help in the legal field! How is this law firm still open DO NOT and I insist DO NOT ever think or waste your time going to this place.

I used this firm a number of years ago and can only say one word !! Rip off !!!
If I could leave no stars I would .
There are so many better solicitors firms out there .
They completely ruined my case under a £50k or more victory won at court by not applying the judgment properly then when challenged came out with all the excuses you can imagine .
