Wow! If only I'd have been told by my insurer, who would be looking after my Helmet and Leathers cover, I'd have given this lot a wide berth!

It's been almost 2 months waiting on them to even acknowledge my claim, even though I submitted everything in full and in a timely manner - emails unanswered, and I have called for an update numerous times now; the last time the woman I spoke to was actually very rude about me not knowing my reference number.

Always get the same response - either "I'll add a note to say you have chased" or "we are very busy at the moment".

I have never had such a claim take so long to sort - I can only assume they're going to drag things out, until the items I have listed to be replaced, come down in price so they don't have to pay out so much!

Right now this feels like one big scam, and seeing people with similar experiences, doesn't fill me with confidence. I might have a word with my insurer to see what they can do to get things moving, after all, they sold me the Helmet and Leathers cover in the first place.

Awful company. Urge anyone dis-satisfied with their service to log a complaint and once you have your final response or 8 weeks has passed log a file via the F.O.S who will review your claim impartially for free (the cost goes to the insurance company). They should be reviewed for their serious failings.

seems a aet up to stop people getting there entitled insurance claims. Nothing but delays incorrect information requests now asking for a G.P report for a dead person that is impossible to get. original hospital letter request no good as sadly wife passed away before claim could be settled. Awful company avoid..

If I could give O stars I would rubbish company they send the wrong insurance forms out causing delays probably so you can’t claim wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!! AVOID
