Can't thank Paul and the staff enough for being so helpful and friendly during my appointment. The Receptionist was professional, kind and patient with everyone she spoke to and my adviser Paul was very knowledgeable and personable. They helped make an enormous burden more bearable.

Thankfully they have moved into a much more accessible venue. Top floor of Carlisle job centre. There is a lift if you don't want to walk 4flighs of stairs. The receptionist and advisers are very helpful and friendly. They are incredibly knowledgeable.
