If you need a solicitor firm for conveyancing issues, I highly recommend Martinsons Legal LLP, Elaine incredibly professional and helpful, and she responded to my requests or questions almost instantly.

I received a Section 21 notice from my landlady, so I decided to buy my own house. I put in an offer during the first week after receiving the notice. I asked Elaine if she could help me complete the purchase within 7 weeks. She asked me some questions and patiently explained my situation and what documents I needed to provide. Despite the added complexity of buying a leasehold property, she assured me that it was possible to complete the purchase before I had to move out, provided that I submitted my required documents promptly.

Now, in week 9, I already have my new house keys, which I received a week ago. I am so glad I found Elaine. Thank you so much, Elaine.
