A great stay. Very friendly and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms and hotel continuing to be refurbished, not easy for the owners as it is a Grade 2 listed building. Breakfasts and evening meal lovely and home cooked. Location providing easy access to the area.

We enjoyed our two night stay, the food and service was excellent and Barry the chef was very accommodating with my wife and her vegan requirements.
All the staff are great and very helpful.
Our room was very clean, but in need of some tlc, but I understand this is work in progress.

Stayed for one night , food , staff , and service were excellent, felt as it I had knew the staff after the night. Room was clean , and tidy and very comfortable. The pub was great craic , locals great and drinks and bar staff really nice , good prices too. Definitely would recommend a stay , great too for cyclists.

A warm welcome and great hospitality. This hotel is a little gem in a picturesque border town. The rooms are perfectly clean and ample size and the staff are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The can be busy late afternoon/early evening but the locals are as friendly and welcoming as the staff. The restaurant perfect for a local, convenient meal. Have stayed here a few times, and always recommend it to friends and family.

Stopped here for an overnight to break a long journey from Dundee to Lincoln.

It's convenient, just 5-10 minutes off the M74.

I booked a single room (14) which was on the second floor

Room was perfect for me with a 4 foot bed. Lovely, crisp, white sheets, pillow case and quilt cover. It was nice getting into bed.

Went for a nice walk before dinner in the hotel. Great menu, very reasonable prices. The food I had was fresh, hot and tasty.

Breakfast was relaxed, very nice. Everything freshly prepared and the butchers sausage was lovely

I really enjoyed my stay. All the staff I met were friendly and efficient

I'll definitely be back to break similar journeys.

Lovely hotel. Stayed in a newly refurbished room, very comfortable bed.
Really enjoyable breakfast, perfect poached eggs

Great attentive service from Lewis. Food was lovely and very reasonable. Small menu but delicious. Something for everyone. I asked for something not on the menu and wasn’t a problem. Pleasantly surprised. Would go back when near Longtown.

Alistair the manager is very friendly and helpful. I had to stay at The Graham Arms Inn after The Sycamore Tree where I had booked to stay failed to answer their phone and let me in.

I was on my motorcycle and Alistair opened the courtyard gate for me to park my bike. So it was safe. My room was had a private bathroom and shower.

I would 100% recommend staying at The Graham Arms Inn.
