I recently contacted Amanda for advice and support on a property sale and found her to be unresponsive, rude and unprofessional. I emailed on a Monday, left a voicemail on the Tuesday and when chasing on the Wednesday as I still hadn't received a response I got a very short and rude reply in minutes. I believe this comes at a time that Massuco Buttress are very busy however a short note to say that they will get back to you in due course or at very least someone not being so rude when you chase would be appreciated. Buying & selling a house is obviously an important step in anyone's life and although Amanda obviously deals with this type of thing daily and has perhaps it's not important to her however I think that it's a real shame that she can't have a little more etiquette and respect for her clients.

I would NOT recommend Mark Massucco for house conveyancing. A number of issues since purchasing our property, and when we tried to sort it out, Mark tried to sway that it was our fault for not doing our research properly! We thought solicitors were the ones who were meant to do thorough research! We also requested a Complaints Handling Procedure over a year ago, and we received no communication whatsoever to-date.

Don’t Use. Long delays and concerns ignored; inadequate and poorly researched legal advice which will leave you disadvantaged and vulnerable; judgemental and dismissive culture; and you will be labelled as the problem because you dared to expect a good service. Very stressful waste of time and Complaints Department won’t speak to you. They close ranks and protect their own. Thankfully we found another practice who were excellent but it’s not easy to transfer so do your research. This is a genuine terrible experience and we would hate to think of others going through this.
