Shazia Ershad at IAS did a fabulous job. To begin with, IAS was able to amazingly somehow find a same-day appointment for me with Shazia! I was very impressed with that. Shazia listened very carefully to my question in regards to the Global Talent Visa and ILR, which was very specific and atypical at the same time. She paid attention to every little detail I mentioned during the call and was quickly able to grasp the essence of the issue I needed advice on. She then asked if she could take some time to look into what the law says about this so that she could be confident about her advice. This is sheer honesty right there. She called me back later the same day and confirmed what she'd said in the first call. She then continued to give some general advice about the application for settlement.
