I had faith in this company after a serious spinal injury at work. I was not told about all the facts relating to my claim, also at the age of 43 when the accident happened I was only offered 10 years loss of wages plus a few bob for the injury, I did"nt have a problem with Shaw, it was only when they appointed a barrister that things started to go wrong.
