My initial phone call led me to engage with this law firm. I attended an initial appointment to discuss my divorce and related matters. Very poor services. I would not recommend this firm of solicitors. The firm failed to make communications and without due care or consideration. I found the receptionist to be very unprofessional and impolite. Go elsewhere. See other reviews which are disappointing for the particular firm. The most undesirable firm of solicitors I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The receptionist was demanded an apology for her disrespect.

Avoid this law firm if you can - we have had a terrible time having to deal with them over the last year and a half relating to my deceased fathers estate.

I could go into a lot of detail, but overall they made what was already a difficult and sad situation that much worse.

They missed their own stated deadlines consistently (by large margins), they never kept us informed of what was happening, they were rude and dismissive in emails (when we were asking to be kept up to date).

We had the misfortune to have had to deal with Miss Jennifer Bell and it seemed to me that this was the first time she had ever dealt with a deceased estate. As an executor of my father's will I saw first hand the incompetence and she added an extra touch of hostility to the proceedings.

My dealings with David Auld were also far from pleasant. He simply dismissed our complaints about Jennifer and didn't give us the time of day.

Overall, its a shame that my father hadn't already employed the law firm before his death. Don't go through what we had to endure - go anywhere else!
