Overall, they were ok, we mostly had to email them quite frequently for updates,
But they always came back to us fairly quickly.

The biggest stress and disappointment was how they handled the Help To Buy Isa. It seemed like the team had absolutely no experience in dealing with it. I had to do a lot of research of my own to basically educate them, since they were providing advice that was totally incorrect. After lots of back and fourth, in the end it turned out we weren’t eligible for the bonus from the scheme.

Had their team been experienced enough to deal with it, all this stress could have been avoided.
