Visited recently to get two documents witnessed. Office staff and solicitor were very polite and really helped me in what was proving to be a tricky task (adoption paperwork for a dog). Didn’t overcharge for the service and would definitely use if I needed legal council. Thank you.

I had Louise do the legal work for my first time buy. Albeit it was an unplanned move to get her, she was still able to get the job done and my target completion date. She was thorough with the legal stuff and definitely knows what she is doing.

Only issue I really could identify is that there are times when it was difficult to get hold of her although she do try to call back to give you updates and when she doesn't I take it as "no update available" moments. Looking at other experiences from other solicitors, I guess this is very common with most of them.

In the end she was able to get the job done on the timeframe I was targetting so I can't really complain hence the five stars.

Also please note she works Tuesdays to Fridays.

We have recently completed our sale and purchase with Hawley and Rodgers representing us, and Gina was fantastic. She was incredibly responsive with communication, always happy to give us updates (even when we were asking daily towards the end!), and was always happy to answer any questions we had, no question was ever too small. On moving day, things didn’t quite go as planned, and Gina worked harder than any other solicitor in the chain to get things completed, we know this for a fact. She was always a listening ear whenever we had concerns, and would always follow these up quickly. She has continued to support us post-completion with some questions, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We really felt like our sale and purchase mattered to her, and that was really reassuring.
