We have recently used this services to provide us with joint Power of Attorney for our finances. This is often something most people don't understand until its too late. Both Mr. Raybone and Ms. Hawkins explained comprehensively the importance of such a legal document. The service offered was very professional and fully comprehendible. Most people consider putting a Will in place but what happens if you or your partner becomes incapable mentally or physically? LPA's - financial and health, give your loved ones the right to act on your behalf and protect them from the potential anguish of having to fight through the courts to gain access to finances and making difficult health decisions at times which will be highly stressful

As my wife and I are entering our mid-life years, we have discussed the daunting prospect of having to cope if either one or both of us no longer have the mental capacity to make necessary financial or health decisions. With a LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) in place, the person(s) we most trust, will have the legal right to make such decisions for us. Without a LPA in place, the process of someone taking control of our finances and health may not be possible without a potentially long and drawn out legal process. I WOULDNT USE ANYONE ELSE NOW ...

This is the same review that l left on Trust pilot....

I found ALVECHURCH LEGAL by fluke ... it was a Google search and l was desperate get a will in place at extremely short notice (2days) as l was leaving the country for six weeks of which all the other firms l contacted couldn't do ....
But that wasn't the case with ALVECHURCH LEGAL ... I got an out of hours from Laura who was just so understanding and helpful to my situation she got me into her office the next day and helped me create my will there and then ... got it typed up whilst l waited and l left with it in my hand.
Laura is rare find in this field and demonstrated to me how far she is prepared to go for complete client satisfaction.
I cannot recommend her services highly enough.
