My complaint to the defendant took a life time to get anywhere, they kept stalling and stalling and stalling, 5 years they tried to delay things but my solicitors from YourLawyers never ever gave up, they are very clear , concise and most of all determined to get their client what they rightfully deserve.
YourLawyers, never gave up and I’d like to give a special mention also to those who are often left in limbo and not heard from their solicitors for a long time that this is not the case with this firm, their communication skills via the telephone or email are superb.

Will not stop spamming me with the same exact email up to 4 times a day for months on end. Same repetitive rubbish about giving them more details because the time to file is around the corner and it's my last chance before missing out. Except it has been for years on end.
I stopped registering the moment I read small print that from that point on I could be liable for solicitors fees if I progressed and then stopped at any point. That was really early on in the process, several years ago so I don't know why they're still messaging me.

To me it feels like they're scam artists who pray on gullible people, susceptible to pressure tactics. Absolutely amazed they've not been shut down.

Edit: I left this review 8 months ago and to this day I get several of the exact same emails every single day. Absolute sham of a company with a pathetic business model.

This was my first time taking a legal case against a company and YourLawyers were as professional as one would expect in representing me. Their case handlers were patient and understanding, and the work they did was exemplary. It took a while for my case to be settled (2.5 years to be exact) but there was no fault on YourLawyers' part in the process taking that long. It was their detailed work on my case which forced the Defendant to fork out much more than they expected to - and I can only thank them for helping me reach a positive conclusion.

Where do I start. 3+ ago I received an email about the virgin data breach. Normally I dont get involved with PPI and things like this. But because i had received numerous crank calls from false virgin staff I though id go for it. We are now 3+ years down the line. they don't reply to emails, they take calls but there is never progress. i've been lied to and many contradictions made. Ex told in feb of this year that by august this would be done and dusted. so I left it until September and was told the same, but this time the manager hadn't signed off the application from 6 months ago. mt experience of this company is awful and I have wasted my time and effort for a cowboy outfit. Should this application be successful but I bet they would be happy to take their over inflated commission of 50%. 3 years + is a joke... And dont bother responding to this message because it will usual media fake response.

Had a lovely woman called Helen slack who dealt with my case for 5 years. Today marks the day of a brilliant outcome, she got my claim to its full potential all whilst without having to go to court. She has been amazing over the years, very quick to explain stuff to me and very short time between an email I’d send to when she would reply. I will miss conversing with Helen in the near future but very very very happy with my outcome. Absolutely amazing!
