We have recently dealt with Auran, who I consider very unreliable. My husband had recently emailed him stating the truth behind what happened with his case with full evidence of the person involved attacking him and he replied he was embarrassed and no longer dealing with his case after he received £5000 cash from the person who committed the crime in my husband name. I stated in my statement a letter details for a doctor who would provide evidence that my husband was not well enough to make a plead and he just dropped his case and not replied to the emails stating what he is embarrassed about. My husband did not understand what he was pleading guilty to and has been in hospital 8 months due to ongoing health problems, very unprofessional of him.

Had an absolutely fantastic service received by them and there colleagues special Mr Tahir Rehman who was dealing with all my paperwork’s for buying a property he was professional in job he knows what he is doing paperwork’s took 5 months but in them 5 months Mr Tahir didn’t let me down once always up ahead and keep me updated with situations with his great communication skills!
