I hadn’t been to the dentist for many years so wasn’t sure what to expect but the team were great! I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Ash and then saw Hana on reception to check out who also was brilliant. They were both super helpful receptionists! I saw Lizzie who was professional but made me understand what was going on in the appointment and very through, Rose the dental nurse was amazing and really helpful to Lizzie- they work so well together! Would highly recommend this surgery to everyone. Looking forward to my next appointment.

The practice is very well run and has a pleasant environment. The dental care is excellent. I met my new dentist for the first time and he exemplified professionalism and knowledge to the highest degree. An honest appraisal of my dental needs was made and I left very satisfied with the care. Highly recommended .

I came to the dentist for the first time in a very long time. I was very anxious about it and had put it off for a long time. My dentist was Lizzie Beard and she was brilliant, very professional with a kind, friendly manner and put me at ease very quickly. Reception staff were also very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend

I am a private patient and was required to wait for 20 minutes beyond my appointment time. Ordinarily, if it was a patient she was seeing, I would be understanding BUT she was in a meeting with the manager of the practice. When this was eventually over, she then saw a patient who had walked in off the street and wanted to discuss something with her. This was the first time that I had seem the new dentist after Victoria had left. I was not impressed. I did receive an apology, but some thought needs to go in to how to respect patients. It felt as if her time was more important than mine. The treatment I received however, was extremely good.

Friendly, helpful, always happy to help and understanding. I am an older person, with dreadful dentist experiences and hearing issues, from the dental staff to receptionist they always ensure l am fine and understand everything.

I am thankful I was able to get in at a NHS dentist after waiting 3 years to be accepted somewhere. The actual dental service is fine, and I completely appreciate the staffing problems at the moment and am not worried about delays. However the lack of professionalism by some staff is less than ideal. Again, appreciate the issues with the remodelling and building site vibes, but staff must be aware they are so close to patients when they are swearing away about their weekend or rude patients. We are all human, but there’s a time and a place. Luckily I only have to visit once every 6 months.

Monday evening appointment. I was very pleased to get my fillings done. Dentist took a lot of time and trouble to get it just right. Communications were good, everyone was pleasant and caring.

Glad to get an appointment, although the pain had eased.Proposed treatments seemed expensive but would be spread over months. I finished up with white spots all over my navy top. Could I please have a bib before any treatment next time.
