Initial meeting was really informative and supportive, actually ceremony and burial of ashes was good, the organisation of the memorial stone was straight forward and quick. Only reason for giving it a four star and not five was because I had to chase a lot after my initially enquiry to get a date confirmed and was offered a really delayed date to which I did not accept, but once the date was confirmed for the funeral it was plane sailing from there and a good service provided.
