James Osborne is, in my opinion, the best Family Law specialist in Worcester. He and the team helped me with a Childcare dispute and the service and representation was first class. I highly recommend this professional firm of solicitors and will be forever grateful for the positive outcome.

I found the service to be overpriced and subpar. Requests for basic tasks were repeatedly ignored, and there seemed to be a lack of understanding about our business. Ultimately, I paid for a service that was not completed. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely appalling service
Unprofessional conduct
Incompetence
Extortionate fees for admin tasks and poor advice loss of paperwork
Trying to rush evidence then covering up their mistakes
Sending emojis to me from a senior partner from a work phone from their son
Calling me to finish important documents because they were going on holiday at 2am in the morning
The matter of poor advice and overcharging is now with the Ombudsman
I can see that there has been no response fro HCR to my review. I wonder why ?

The staff at HCR Worcester are some of the most obnoxious, unprofessional, rude and incompetent legal staff I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They provided little to no information, were terrible at communication, were very slow and could never answer simple enquires. The only thing they seem to be worried about is charging through the nose for a non existent service. In the end I was forced to seek legal advice from other firms which contradicted the information given by HCR. It very much feels like the "advice" they give is aimed at making the most money possible out of you, rather than being the best course of legal action. I suggest you save yourself a lot of grief, time and money by avoiding this firm at all costs.

Nadia at Harrison Clark Rickerbys and her team were amazing. They were recommended by another lawyer outside of the area and I’m so pleased I listened to them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no question was stupid, they were patient, listened and provided support through what was a very stressful time. Nadia and her team guided me through my divorce, were able to advise on finances and parental agreement. Without their help I would not be in the position I am in now. I can’t recommended or thank them enough!
