Who knew making a Will and LPAs would be such a great experience.
Chris was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, considerate and understanding of our needs.
He made what was a worrying process (took us years to do) a very enjoyable one.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, he made us very comfortable explaining the processes in language that we both understood.
The offices on Winkley Square were lovely and his home visit to meet our children (21 and 19) very relaxed. The girls were worried that we were getting the Wills written but Chris put their minds at ease and the process ended with laughter and hugs.
Now get that from any other solicitor, I challenge you!
