The ladies at Lancashire Law in Todmorden have been wonderful from start to finish of my house purchase process. The communication has been consistent throughout and they have all taken the time to answer any queries I’ve had and resolve any problems I’ve faced. My parents have recently used Ellie (solicitor), Kelly and Jamie to register myself and my sister as Power of Attorneys. Their service was excellent, compassionate and empathic.

Unprofessional and lack customer care, avoid much more professional conveyancers in Todmorden and the area. I requested a quote online to purchase a property. Two quotes provided the same day, from their milnrow and Todmorden offices. Todmorden office £240 more expensive ? Emailed back and obviously queried their quotes and asked would they honour the first and lower quote. Still awaiting a response. Thank you Jamie for your unprofessionalism which has thankfully highlighted your companies lack of customer care and communication to prospective clients, I have taken my business elsewhere now. i could only assume the standards and communication issues if I had gone with these conveyancers, in hindsight you have done me a favour ? Good luck in the future ?
