I mainly dealt with Emma and can honestly say that her professionalism was unquestionable. When Emma was not available her colleagues knew everything about the house I was buying and at what stage it was.
A really good company with excellent communication, great ethics (only had one day viewing not like most other estate agents who seized on having lots and lots) and knowledgeable staff.
