Inquired to get an estimate for conveyancing work & was told someone would be in touch with a quote the following day, nothing, rang again after 4 days to check if they had the correct details, they were & again was told an estimate would be sent by the afternoon, 2 weeks later & still nothing..! Inefficient & unprofessional. Best avoided

I was extremely impressed with the manner in which the sale of my property was handled by Mr. Rogers. He kept me informed at all stages of the process and any queries on my part were swiftly dealt with. Avoid absolutely. We were let down in the middle of our conveyancing transaction, as our solicitor left the firm without anyone informing us in advance. He was replaced by people who had no idea of the case, which had become entangled in some issues. We received advice conflicting with what our previous solicitor had said. In addition, mails were left unanswered for days, unless chased repeatedly over the phone. As a consequence, everything took a very long time. Eventually, the transaction did not go through, mostly as a consequence of the terrible legal assistance we received. Only the assistant, Amy, was always nice and helpful. We hired a different law firm, which gave us a very different level of service.
