I have to say hands down Sasha and her team at Pardoes went above and beyond in my sale and purchase. What should have been a straight forward sale, my buyer complicated and caused delays. Sasha, kept me informed, calmed, and was really quick with responses and turn around. She is the reason we got it finally pushed through. Debbie is pleasant and competent. Nicola is mythical, needs to sign everything off but you can't access her at all, she doesn't have a phone number, won't call back and everyone else is a bollard around her. When the staff take leave, nobody covers them and the entire experience is overwhelmingly that they lack any sense of urgency to complete a task. The slowest conveyance service I've ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend, apart from Debbie, who is a beacon in the dark without the power to actually complete things due to the total inaction of others.
